I enjoy most cuisines, especially American and the Mediterranean, but I also love exploring different global flavors and incorporating them into my recipes.
I have been cooking since 2012. I started experimenting in the kitchen and preparing most of my meals after winding up in the hospital in poor health from stress and eating out all of the time. My physician stated most of my problems could be cured in the kitchen, I haven’t looked back since.
I love my immersion blender for making smoothies and pureeing soups. I also can't live without my cast iron skillet for searing meats and creating crispy, flavorful dishes.
